农村公共产品供给绩效评价体系构建问题研究

The Construction of Rural Public Goods Supply Performance Appraisal System

分析我国农村公共产品供给现状及成因的基础上,指出解决供给不足问题的关键在于构建科学合理的农村公共产品供给绩效评价体系。从构建原则、指标结构的设计及具体指标选取等方面论述了该体系,同时论证了此指标体系的可行性。这对后续研究有一定的借鉴意义。

On the basis of analysing rural public product supply situation and its reasons,the paper points out that the key to solve the problem of supply shortages is to construct the scientific and reasonable rural public product supply performance appraisal system.Then,it discusses the construction principle,the target structure design and the specific selected indicators.Meanwhile,it demonstrates the feasibility of the index system.
