浅析高等职业教育教学管理存在的问题及对策——以基础课程为例

On Problems and Solutions of Higher Vocational Education Teaching Management——A Case Study of Basic Course

目前高等职业教育迅速发展,为社会输送了大批专业人才,受到社会的广泛好评。但在职业教育人才培养中高职教育理论教学与技能教学的不平衡存在问题较为突出,致使高等职业教育培养的学生综合能力、创新能力较差,直接影响高职生的就业,为此,指出了职业教育中基础课教学中相对薄弱的现状,提出了改善现状的具体对策。

The higher vocational education in China has developed rapidly and cultivated a large number of professionals for the society so that it earns a widespread high praise.But in the vocational training practice,the lacking of education theories and skills of teaching is a more prominent problem.This incures the students＇ less comprehensive and innovative abilities and influences the students＇ employment.This paper points out the weaknesses existing in the basic course teaching of higher vocational education and puts forward the related countermeasures.
