摘要
轧辊和轧机的弹性变形是影响板带轧制时工作辊缝和平直度及厚度精度的关键因素;轧辊两端设置压下螺丝是产生轧辊弹性弯曲的根源。本文在理论分析的基础上提出了将压下螺丝从轧辊两端移至辊身中部的高刚度。高精度板带轧机的设想,并对其主要特点进行了探讨。
Elastic deformation of roll and mill is main factor that effects on working roll gap, flatness,thickness accuracy when plate and strip rolled. Action of down-screw at two end of roll is origin of rollelastic deformation. On the basis of theory analysis, an idea of high rigidity, high accuracy mill that isgotten by moving down-screw to central part of the roller body from two ends is raised, the main character is discussed.
