四川省竞技篮球运动发展的困境与对策

Difficulties of and Countermeasures for the Development of Sichuan Athletic Basketball

运用文献资料法、调查问卷法、访问法、数理统计法等研究方法,对四川省竞技篮球运动发展的现状进行了研究。研究表明:四川省竞技篮球竞赛成绩长期在低谷徘徊;优秀人才匮乏,梯队建设不完善;高水平教练缺乏;资助资金不充足,受援渠道单一;人才输送渠道不通畅。针对这些困境,提出:尽快确立四川省竞技篮球发展的指导思想及战略目标;采取"引进—培养相结合"的篮球竞技人才培养与储备策略;以"训练为中心",建立各级教练员选拔培养和监督奖惩机制等对策。

Literature review, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics are employed in this paper to research the difficulties of Sichuan athletic basketball development. Research findings are as follows. The performance of Sichuan athletic basketball is always in ebb; the echelon construction lacks talents and needs improvement; high -level coaches are needed; the fund is inadequate and channels of attracting sponsorship are not varied and those of supplying talents are not smooth. Directed against these difficulties, this paper proposes such countermeasures as establishing the guiding principle and strategic target of Sichuan athletic basketball development, adopting the method of combing foreign introduction with home cultivation to nurture talents and regarding training as the central job to establish the mechanism of selecting and supervising coaches of each level.
