摘要
师范院校大学生走出校门参加扶贫顶岗实习支教,为解决地区基础教育发展不平衡起到了积极的作用。但是在支教过程中也存在不同程度的问题:(1)指导教师缺乏相应的教育理论和实践经验,指导具有随意性和盲目性;(2)派出学校调研不足,导致资源配置不合理;(3)支教学生思想没有受到重视;(4)地方政府合作不够全面等。针对这些问题,文章提出了合理性建议。
The project of In-post Teaching Practice in Rural Area has played a positive role in solving the problem of unbalanced development in regional primary education.However,there are still problems in the process of this project:firstly,the instructors of the student-teachers are short of educational theories and practical experiences,therefore their instructions are of random and blindness;secondly,the university has not done enough survey before they sign the students to different schools,therefore the personnel resources are distributed unevenly;thirdly,the student-teachers' mind-set are not paid enough attention to;fourthly,the local government's cooperation is not sufficient,etc.To solve these problems,the authors put forward the following suggestions:train the instructors regularly;do various surveys to find out the real needs of the supported schools;carry out feasible training plans for the university students before they teach;cultivate their teaching ability and learning consciousness.
