古代书院制度及其对当前高等教育改革的启示

Analysis about Ancient Academy to the Enlightenment of the Current Reform of Higher Education

近年来,在高等教育大众化的背景下,中国的高等教育得到了长足的发展,其改革的步伐也不断加快,但是随之也带来了一些问题,比如缺乏良好的学术自由的气氛,重科研、轻教学等。而追溯我国的古代书院制度,其教学与研究相结合,自由讲学、学术开放等特点依然具有不朽的生命力。文章通过总结我国古代书院制度的特点、比较分析古代书院制度与当前高等教育的基础上,提出了一些对当前高等教育改革的建议。

In recent years,under the higher education popularity background,China＇s higher education obtained the considerable development.The higher education pace of reform unceasingly speeds up.To the certain degree,the China＇s higher education had accomplishment.However,it had also some question,such as lacks the good academic freedom,heavy scientific research,light teaching and so on.But traced our country ancient academy system,its teaching and the research unified,free characteristic and lecture,academic opening,which still have their mortal vitality.The article is based on analyzing present higher education situation,united he academy characteristic,compared the differences between two and proposed the inspiration of the present higher education.
