摘要
目前,在对发动机中心线校正时,采用的仪器功能单一,通用性不高,只能校正发动机中心线,信号提取不稳定,数据常出现错码,致使中心线校正不准确,严重影响部队的正常训练.为此,对原中心线校正仪进行了改进设计.现中心线校正仪采用先进的数字电路设计,充分运用多种现代高技术手段,通过传感器、微处理器和程序实现全部测量和计算过程的自动进行,提高了"动力-传动装置"中心线校正仪的精确度,实现了测试数据的自动显示功能.
Currently, the instrument correcting to the centerline of the engine has some disadvantages. It can only correct the centerline of the engine. It draws the signal unstably and the data are often presented by mistake, so that the centerline correction is not accurate sometime. These disadvantages influence normal train of the troops severely. This paper introduced a improved centerline instrument. The instrument was designed with numeral electric circuit. It performed the measurement and calculation process and showed the test data automatically. The new instrument improved the correction accuracy of the" power-transmission device" centerline.
