小方坯结晶器温度场的有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 建立了小方坯结晶器二维非稳态传热的数学模型,着重分析了有限元在研究小方坯结晶器温度场中的应用,如连续区域的离散化、温度插值函数的选取、单元变分计算、组集总体合成方程的推导以及程序的设计等;经现场实测温度的验证表明,本模型的建立。 A twodimensional transient heattransfer mathematical model of billet mold was established and the application of FEM to the temperature field of billet mold was analyzed in this paper,such as discretization of the connected region,selection of the temperature interpolation function,calculation of variation calculus of finite element and the program flew chart.Reasoness of the establishment of the FEM model,treatment of boundary conditions and solution process was proved by comparing it with the measured value in practical situation.
