忻州师范学院积极进行教育教学综合改革,组织本专科大学生,到农村中小学扶贫顶岗实习支教,探索出一条高等师范院校强化实践教学环节的有效途径,有效地解决了实习时间过短,难以保证实习质量等问题。

Xinzhou Teachers University has carried out reform on teaching and education by dispatching students of both the three-year and four-year program to rural primary and middle schools to conduct their teaching practice which is known as the ＂replacement teaching practice＂ for poverty-relief purposes.It has been proven effective in reenforcing the practiacl teaching among normal colleges and universitise because it has effectively solved the problems of time shortage and quality guarantee of teaching practie.
