摘要
新一轮的基础教育课程改革强调教师在教学过程中注重与学生的互动、交流与合作,引导学生主动参与、亲身实践、合作探究,这些变革与教师在教学过程中采用的教学策略有密切的关系。该研究通过对忻州市农村中小学顶岗实习支教的学生在教学设计、教学方式及方法、教学评价等方面的调查,分析其在教学策略实施过程中存在的问题,并对此提出相应的改进措施,旨在为农村基础教育的改革提供一些有价值的参考。
The new round of curriculum reform of basic education underline teachers stress interaction,exchange and cooperation,guide the students to participate actively in hands-on,cooperative inquiry in the teaching process.These changes have closely relations with the teaching strategies used in the teaching process.This study pass through survey in instructional design,teaching methods and teaching evaluation of the post trainee of teaching practice and teaching in Xinzhou rural primary and secondary school,analysis its problems in the implementation of teaching strategies,and correspond improvements,in order to provide some valuable information for the reform of basic education in rural areas.
