By ecocriticism theory and close reading,this paper provides an in-depth analysis of ecological ideas in The Bluest Eye from natural ecology,social ecology and spiritual ecology and comes to conclusions that ideas of ecoliterature are clearly reflected in this novel.This paper aims to achieve the harmonious development among man,society and nature by the educational function of reading classical literature from the new perspective.
