摘要
自90年代,澳大利亚华文教育进人新的历史发展阶段,文章重点对澳大利亚华文教师队伍进行研究。通过研究华文教师队伍的基本状况和华文教师的培养和培训,力求发现华文教师队伍建设过程中面临的主要问题,希望在反思的过程中不断改进华文教师队伍的建设,以便更好的发展。
Since the 1990s, the Chinese language education in Australia has entered a new historical stage of development. The paper focuses on a study of their status quo and training and education as well as the major problems in the hope of improving the construction of the teaching team and maintaining a sustainable development.
