摘要
作为冲压模具制造与维修的重要工序,试模与研配工序在模具制造与冲压生产现场有所区别。本文分类介绍了在不同情况下的各种解决方案,以及各方案的优缺点。根据分析结果,建议高效能试模修模系统在模具制造与冲压现场推广运用,并提出了最佳的试模、研配压力机优化选型方案。
Various solutions under different circumstances have been described in the text, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these solutions. On the basis of the analysis, it is suggested that the high efficient die setting and spotting system should be applied in automobile stamping process. The best selection of model about press has been put forward.
