摘要
锻造操作机是快锻液压机组的重要辅助设备,缓冲装置对于锻造操作机具有十分重要的作用。通过在ADMAS中建立操作机的虚拟样机模型,分析了缓冲刚度、阻尼与锻造操作机吊挂振动的关系,并对刚度、阻尼进行了优化设计。为进一步设计缓冲缸和选择蓄能器提供设计依据,形成了针对锻造操作机缓冲装置设计的一种新思路。
The forging manipulator is an important auxiliary equipment of the high speed forging hydraulic machine. The buffer equipment has a very vital function for the forging manipulator. By setting up the virtual prototyping model of manipulator in ADMAS,the relations among buffer stiffness, damping and vibration of forging manipulator hanger have been analyzed.Optimum design of stiffness and damping has been achieved, which provides reference for the design of buffer hydraulic cylinder and the choice of hydraulic accumulator. A new method in designing buffer equipment of forging manipulator has been formed.
