摘要 从30CrMnSiNi2A钢弹体取六块材料进行不同热处理,对热处理后的材料进行了金相分析,讨论了热处理对其组织的影响。从中选取三组材料,利用SHPB动态测试装置,对三组材料进行了高应变率动态冲击实验。结果表明,不同热处理后的钢屈服强度均随应变率增加而增高,同一应变率下,第一组试样屈服强度值最低,其余两组随回火温度降低屈服强度增高,通过对冲击后的断裂试样进行微观组织观察,得出860℃淬火600℃回火的材料综合性能最佳。 Six specimens have been intercepted to do heat treatment from steel 30CrMnSiNi2A projectile body. The organization changes of steel under the system of different heat treatment have been analyzed through the metallographic picture. Effect of heat treatment on the microstructure has been studied. Three groups of materials have been selected to carry out dynamic experiments by SHPB apparatus. The results indicate that yield strength increases with increasing of strain rate under the same heat treatment condition. Under the same strain rate that yield strength of the first group is the lowest and the other groups still increase with decreasing of tempering drawing temperature. Finally, By observing the mierostructures, it is concluded that the mechanical properties reach the best after quenching at 860℃ and tempering at 600℃.
