摘要
针对小型锰硅合金电炉冶炼特点及存在问题 ,对 1 8MVA、1 0MVA两台锰硅合金电炉的出铁制度、产品含硅量的选定及炉渣碱度的控制等工艺制度进行了适当改进 ,经生产试验证明效果较好。
In view of the characteristics and the problems of smelting in small size furnace,technological regulation of tapping regulation,selection of Si content in products and controlling of slag basicity etc.were improved appropriately,and the result was better verified by production test.
