摘要
对全区2009年度农机购置补贴政策总体实施情况和实施绩效进行深入分析。针对补贴实施中存在的主要问题,提出进一步做好购机补贴工作的对策建议,以期农机购置补贴政策能够发挥最大积极效应,不断助推"三农"发展。
The implement situation and performance of allowance for purchasing agricultural machinery in 2009were analyzed.According to the main problem of implement process,some suggestions were given for better conducting,and it can promote the allowance to play the most positive effect and development of the agriculture-rural areas-farmers.
