高原山区条件下筑路机械性能研究

The Research on the Properties and Technology of Road-Construction Machines in the Highland Conditions

高原山区特殊的地理环境导致筑路工程机械的动力系统、冷却系统以及润滑系统等工作性能都显著下降,机械施工难度加大。文章针对这一问题进行系统的研究分析,指出了"加装增压器"、"供油量和提前角调整"、"改变压缩比"以及"强化技术保养"等措施的综合运用技术,有效地解决了特殊高原山区条件筑路机械的技术使用难题。

Special geographical conditions in highlands result in striking decline in the power,cooling and lubricating systems of road-construction machines.This makes the difficulties of construction increasing.To counter this problem with systematic researches and analysis,the comprehensive use of techniques were put forward such as installing turbo,adjustment of fuel and advanced ignition,changing compression ratio and intensifying technical maintenance,thus effectively solving the difficulties of technological use of road-construction machines in the highland conditions.
