摘要
"公民素质"即"与公民资格相适应的素质"。从公民学角度来看,大学生的公民素质包括政治品格、规范认知、参与能力以及创新能力。在当代,要提高大学生的公民素质,需要加强大学生政治理论课的学习;对大学生实施规则意识教育;提高大学生有序参与的能力;加强创新能力的培育。
Citizenship quality is the quality compatible with citizenship. From a civics perspective,citizenship quality of college students’ includes political integrity,regulate cognition,participation and innovation capability. In modern times,in order to improve college students’ citizenship quality,we are to strengthen political and theoretical lessons,implement rule education to college students,improve the capacity of orderly participation of the students and enhance the culture of innovation capacity.
