摘要
介绍了影响能量传输的主要因素、光纤激光器的工作原理以及相比其它几种常见激光器的优势和劣势,并从系统研发的角度简要介绍了系统的组成、控制系统的设计以及两种机器人的编程方式。还从激光器固有特性方面分析了光斑模式、波长对切割质量的影响。采用光纤激光对1.5mm厚不锈钢板进行切割实验,找出影响割缝的主要因素和大致参数。分析表明,该系统将对平面曲线、空间三维曲线的激光切割的发展有重大意义。
In this paper, the main factors that influence power transmission, the fiber laser working principle and the advanta- ges and disadvantages of fiber laser system compared to other several, common laser systems are introduced. And the components of the system, the design of control system and two types of robot programming are also briefly introduced. And how the laser mode and the wavelength influence the cutting quality are also analyzed in this article from the inherent characteristics of laser. We found out the main factors and the parameters about cutting stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5mm by using fiber laser. The result shows that the system will be of great significance to the development of the plane curve, three-dimen- sional curve laser cutting.
