摘要
为了实现网格结构零件的制造,在快速成型设备Dimetal-280上经过选区激光熔化(SLM)工艺实验,分析了SLM中能量吸收对零件尺寸的影响、激光深穿透及铺粉装置对成型效果的影响。结果表明,采用实验中优化的工艺参数成型的316L不锈钢网格结构零件孔径大小均匀、孔隙贯通性良好。孔径尺寸在X方向为965μm,Y方向为975μm,与设计值相差分别为35μm及25μm。研究采用的SLM设备成型网格零件是可行的,在网格零件制造中具有很大的潜力。
For the rapid manufacturing of grid structure parts, the process experiments of selective laser melting (SLM) had been carried out on Dimetal-280 system. The influence of energy absorption on parts dimension, the impact of laser over pene- tration and powder preparation setting had been experimented and analyzed. The results show that a 316L stainless steel grid structure part with fine connectivity and distribution uniformity of pores can be manufactured under a group of optimized process parameters that had been gotten. Pore size is 965 μm in X direction and 975 9m in Y direction of the part with the differences between designed and part are 35μm and 25 μm respectively. It is feasible to manufacture grid structure parts by sLM technique used in the experiments; SLM technique has great potential appreciations to manufacture grid structure parts.
