摘要
激光直写系统实现了数码面阵图像输入方式。对于大面积3D或光学可变图像,可以用面积分割法将大图像分割成许多小区域图像。计算机软件逐个完成小区域3D或光学可变图像,最后拼成最终图像。另一种方法,也可以采用分色显示图层,逐层光刻,最后合成最终图像。本软件系统是针对后者实现相应控制功能设计。要实现上述图像按色分层再合成为原始图像,须首先对原始图像预先进行数据定义,再进行分层处理成需要的光刻文件,这一过程由本图像处理软件来完成。在得到所需要的光刻文件后,需要顺序读取光刻文件里的数据,并显示在DMD上。
Laser Direct Writing System has achieved the image input methods of digital plane-matrix. In the area of 3D images or optical variable images, we can use space division law by separating into small area that many images. Computer software one by one completes the small area of the 3D images or optical variable images, and then combines them to a final image. An- other way, we can also display the layer by color and laser direct write layer by layer, then synthesis final image. The software system is aimed at achieving the appropriate control function design. To achieve the above image in a hierarchical to blend into the original image and must define the data of the original image in advance, then deal with the image layer by layer to the image file for laser direct writing, the process of this image processing will be achieved by the software. After achieving the image file for laser direct writing, we need to read data of the image file for laser direct writing in sequence, and then display them in DMD. This is the design of the control software.
