何首乌对记忆和抗疲劳作用的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究何首乌对小鼠学习记忆的影响及其抗疲劳作用。方法采用跳台、水迷宫试验,爬杆、负重游泳试验以及测定肝糖原,观察低、中、高剂量(2.6,7.8,23.4 g/kg)何首乌提取物改善小鼠记忆和抗疲劳作用的效果。结果 (1)跳台试验高剂量组在第1天测试和24 h后重测试时,小鼠平均错误次数显著减少;水迷宫试验高剂量组小鼠平均错误次数减少;(2)爬杆试验中、高剂量的何首乌提取物能显著延长小鼠杆上坚持的时间。负重试验高剂量组小鼠负重游泳的生存时间明显长于正常组。解剖后的肝糖原测定表明低剂量组肝糖原量明显降低。结论何首乌有改善小鼠记忆获得和明显的抗疲劳作用。 Objective To explore the memory improvement and anti-fatigue effects of Polygoni multiflori radix in mice.Methods The memory improvement and anti-fatigue effects of Polygoni multiflori radix extract in mice were observed by the step-down test,water maze test,pole-climbing test,weight-loaded swimming test and hepatic glycogen test(anti-fatigue experiment) with low,middle and high dose(2.6,7.8 and 23.4 g/kg),respectively.Results The step-down test showed that the average number of mistakes was reduced significantly in the high-dose group at the first day of testing and after 24 h.The water maze test showed that the average number of mistakes was reduced in the high-dose group.In the anti-fatigue experiment,the pole-climbing test showed that Polygoni multiflori radix extract at the high dose could significantly prolong the time of standing on the glass rod in mice.The weight-loaded swimming test was found that the survival time of swimming mice in the high-dose group was significantly longer than the normal group.After the dissection,the hepatic glycogen content was found to be significantly decreased in the low-dose group.Conclusion Polygoni multiflori radix can promote the memory of mice and has a remarkable antifatigue effect.
