胃宝胶囊药效作用的实验研究

Experimental Observation on Treatment Effect of Weibao Capsule

目的探讨胃宝胶囊的药效作用。方法观察治疗小鼠扭体、蛋清致大鼠足肿胀、乙醇致小鼠胃黏膜损伤及大鼠实验性胃炎的效果。结果胃宝胶囊可明显减轻醋酸引起的小鼠疼痛反应及蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀度。对乙醇致小鼠胃黏膜损伤有较好的保护和治疗效果。可增加实验性胃炎大鼠胃液游离酸,降低胃蛋白酶活性,增高血清胃泌素含量。结论胃宝胶囊有明显的止痛、抗炎、保护胃黏膜的作用,治疗大鼠实验性胃炎有较好的效果。

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of Weibao Capsule.Methods Many experiments were conducted such as mouse twisting,the swelling of rat foot induced by egg white,the damage of mouse stomach mucous membrane induced by alcohol and the treatment of the experimental gastritis in rat.Results Weibao Capsule could obviously alleviate mouse pain induced by vinegar and the swelling of rat foot induced by egg white.It had good protection and treatment effect on the damage of mouse stomach mucous membrane induced by alcohol.And it could increase the level of free acid in gastric juice of experimental gastritis rat,reduce the activity of pepsin and raise the level of gastrin in serum.Conclusion Weibao Capsule has obvious effects of alleviating pain,anti-inflammation and stomach mucous membrane protection in mouse,and has a good treatment effect on the experimental gastritis in rat.
