摘要
"以人为本"是我党立足中国国情和时代特征,运用马克思主义世界观和方法论观察世界、分析我国发展状况得出的科学结论,是科学发展观的本质和核心,是中国共产党执政治国的重要理念,是整个中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要支撑。将马克思主义的人本观与中国特色社会主义的实践相结合,使"以人为本"成为中国特色社会主义事业的长远指导方针,具有极其重要的现实意义。
The people-centred concept,based on China＇s national conditions and characteristics of the times,is a scientific conclusion that the Party has reached by viewing the world and analyzing China＇s development with Marxist world outlook and methodology,the essence and core of scientific outlook on development,the important doctrine of the Chinese Communist Party ruling the country,and the important support of the entire theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is of extremely important practical significance to combine Marxist humanism with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and tomake the people-centred concept become a long-term principle for building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
