摘要
采用大学教师工作压力量表,简易应对方式问卷,总体幸福感量表对382名高校教师进行了研究。探讨应对方式是否对工作压力与主观幸福感的关系有调节作用。结果发现应对方式对工作压力和主观幸福感之间的关系具有减弱的调节作用。具体来看,消极应对对工作保障和主观幸福感之间的负向关系起到了减弱的调节作用。积极应对对人际关系压力和主观幸福感之间的负向关系起到了减弱的调节作用。
This study have studied 382 university teachers to explore whether the coping styles can adjust the relationship between the vocational stress and psychological well-being by adopting the Work Stress Scale of university teachers,Simple questionnaires and General well-being scale.The results showed that coping styles has weakened the relationship between vocational stress and psychological well-being.In its detailed sense,negative coping styles is playing the role of weakening the negative relationship between the job security and psychological well-being,but positive coping styles has weakened the relationship between the interpersonal stress and psychological well-being.
