摘要
在详细调研建筑竣工图纸、设备系统、使用方式、运行能耗数据的基础上,应用DeST-c和建筑能耗基因理论的特征温度法-CTM法,审计模拟了该建筑的能耗情况,并将两种软件模拟的能耗与实际能耗进行比较,研究该建筑的节能潜力。为了说明模拟结果的可信性以及找出彼此差异的原因,将两种软件的模拟结果进行详尽的对比分析,介绍了相关研究结果。
On the basis of the detailed study of finished building drawings,equipment systems,using methods and running energy consumption data,the building's energy consumption are audited and simulated with DeST-c and the characteristics of temperature of building energy consumption gene-CTM.The energy consumption simulated by two Softwares are compared with the actual energy consumption.To illustrate the credibility of simulation results and to identify the reasons for the differences,the two kinds of software simulation results are contrasted and analysis detail,describes the relevant research results.
