A Research on the Generation Mechanism of the Industrial-Financial Group Based on Brusselator Model

摘要 产融集团是产融结合的债权模式向股权模式自组织演化的动态均衡。本文把耗散结构理论中的Brusselator模型引入我国产融集团生成机制的研究,从动态的角度考察产业组织和金融组织的外部涨落与内部熵变;并在产业扩散和催化的基础上,构建了我国产融集团生成及动态演化的Brusselator模型,描绘了产融集团自组织演化的两条路径。 Industrial-financial group is the dynamic equilibrium of self-organization evolution on industrial-financial conglomerate from bond model to equity model.The paper applies Brusselator model originated from diffusion structure theory to research on the generation mechanism of the industrial-financial group,and dynamically probes into external fluctuation and internal entropy changes.Based on industrial proliferation and catalysis,the paper constructs the Brusselator model on the industrial-financial group's generation and dynamical evolution,and points out two self-organizing evolutional paths of the industrial-financial group.
