摘要
本文在组织和个人两个层面上,研究了创新氛围对员工创造力的影响机制,通过对116家企业2239个员工的调查,用多层线性模型(HLM)对假设模型进行了验证。结果显示,个人层面的创新氛围四个维度对员工创造力都有显著的积极影响,组织层面的创新氛围对上述关系的调节作用只在创新支持和参与安全两个维度上成立。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of climate of innovation influencing employee creativity at both individual level and origination level.Through the questionnaire investigation to 2239 employees from 116 companies,the article tests the hypothetic model using Hierarchical Liner Modeling method.The result shows that the four dimensions of climate of innovation all have significant positive effect on employee creativity at the individual level,but at the organization level,the moderating effect of climate of innovation exists only in two dimensions:support for innovation and participative safety.
