孕中期母血甲胎蛋白水平与不良妊娠结局的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 母血甲胎蛋白(MSAFP)的检测已作为一种常用的产前筛查开放性神经管缺陷(NTD)、腹壁缺损及唐氏综合征等的手段,但研究发现MSAFP的升高并非都是胎儿畸形所致。据报道,无胎儿畸形时孕中期MSAFP升高的孕妇发展至孕晚期常有不良妊娠结局[1],国内类似报道少见。
