利用Ｔａｙｌｏｒ展开式将两部门增长非线性经济系统转化为线性系统，通过特征值方法讨论其稳定性问题，并由此推出非线性经济系统稳定性的判定依据．

The nonlinear economic system of two department is converted into a linear system by using Taylor expansion. The stability of the linear system is discussed through its characteristic value, thereby the stability criterion of nonlinear economic system is given.
