ＣＡＰＰ生成多工艺方案是实现ＣＡＰＰ与ＰＰＳ集成的需要．本文分析了基于制造资源模型生成多工艺路线的原理，讨论了多工艺路线的表示方法，提出了一种生成多工艺路线的启发式方法，开发了原型系统并进行了验证．

The alternative process plans are demanded for the function integration of CAPP with PPS(production planning & scheduling).This paper studies the principle of the alternative process plans generation,discusses the representation method of all the available process plans and proposes a heuristic method for alternative process plans generation.Finally,a CAPP prototype system for rotational parts is developed that shows the effectiveness of the proposed heuristic method.
