Nursing care of children with retinopathy of prematurity undergoing laser treatment

[目的]总结早产儿视网膜病变行激光治疗的护理配合。[方法]对84例早产儿视网膜病变行激光治疗,同时加强围术期护理配合。[结果]病人均顺利手术,无一例发生意外;术后随访6个月以上,70例(140眼)单次激光术后病情稳定,10例(20眼)补充激光治疗后病情稳定,4例(8眼)激光治疗后仍发展为视网膜脱离,经玻璃体视网膜手术治疗后病情稳定。[结论]加强早产儿视网膜病变行激光治疗的护理配合是手术成功的保证。

Objective：To summarize the nursing coordination of children with retinopathy of prematurity undergoing laser treatment. Methods：A total of 84 cases of children with retinopathy of prematurity accepted laser treatment. At the same time,perioperative nursing coordination was carried out for them. Results： The operations on all patients were successful and no accidents occurred. After postoperative follow-up for more than six months,there were 70 cases （total 140 eyes） had stable condition after the single laser surgery,10 cases （20 eyes） had stable condition after additional laser and 4 cases （8 eyes） still developed into retinal detachment after laser treatment,who underwent vitreoretinal surgery and get the stable condition. Conclusion： To strengthen nursing coordination of children with retinopathy of prematurity undergoing laser treatment is the assurance of successful operation.
