复杂性肾结石的联合治疗

摘要 复杂性肾结石是指鹿角形结石或伴有肾脏解剖结构及功能异常的多发性结石,采用单一方法不仅治疗时间长、并发症多,而且很难获得满意的疗效。目前多倾向于对复杂性肾结石采取联合治疗。本文拟对目前临床上常用的各种联合治疗方式作一综述。
