Y染色体上热休克转录因子缺失与男性不育症的研究进展

摘要 精子发生障碍包括无精子症和少精子症,是引起男性不育的主要原因.由于Y染色体基因的微缺失占男性无精子症的10%.Y染色体上热休克转录因子HSFY(heat shock transcription factor,Y chromosome)位于Y染色体长臂AZFb区,其缺失将会引起男性不育症,主要表现为少精子症和无精子症.本文就近年来Y染色体上热休克转录因子缺失与男性不育症的关系作一综述.
