Notch信号与肾脏疾病

摘要 Notch信号通路是一个在无脊椎动物和脊椎动物中广泛存在的信号通路,参与了细胞增殖、迁移、分化、血管生成等多种重要功能,与肾脏多种疾病如糖尿病肾病、肾脏肿瘤、肾功能衰竭的发生发展密切相关,了解Notch在这些疾病中的发病机制,有助于寻求新的治疗方法.
