关节镜下自制挤压螺钉在膝前交叉韧带重建中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下自制挤压螺钉运用于膝前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament of knee,ACLK)重建的临床疗效。方法 ACLK断裂患者18例,在镜下利用自制挤压螺钉固定髌韧带中间1/3骨-髌腱-骨来重建ACL,术后随访7~36个月,平均24个月,观察膝关节功能活动情况。结果术前前抽屉试验阳性16例,术后阳性1例;术前Lachman征阳性18例,术后阳性1例;术后18个月Lysholm评分(89.5±9.4)分,优良率92.9%,术后远期复查无关节功能障碍。结论自制中空挤压螺钉运用于ACLK的重建取得良好的疗效,它是一种安全、经济、有效的重建材料。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made screw in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament of knee(ACLK) under arthroscopy.Methods ACLK was rebuilt with fixing central one third of patellar ligament,patellar tendon,and patellar bone by self-made screw under arthroscopy in l8 cases of ACLK rupture patients.Patients were followed up for 7 to 36 months,averaging 24 months,and were observed the activities of joint function.Results Anterior drawer test was positive in 16 patients before operation and in 1 patient after operation.Lachman sign was positive in 18 patients before operation and in 1 patient after operation.Preoperative Lysholm score was (89.5 ± 9.4) 18 months later,and the fineness rate was 92.9%.No joint dysfunction was observed during long-term review.Conclusions The self-made screw used in ACL reconstruction can obtain a good effect.It is a safe,economical,and effective reconstruction materials.
