掌侧超薄多轴锁定螺钉钢板在桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价掌侧超薄多轴锁定螺钉钢板在桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折整复和固定方面的效果。方法通过对2008年10月到2009年8月间收治的39例桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 38例获得至少3个月的随访,掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度、桡侧偏移等均得到整复,骨折平均愈合时间为44d,术后6周时腕关节的活动度达到正常的80%以上,6周及12周时的G&W评分及G&O′B评分与正常对照组相比无统计学差异。术后并发症较少,无肌腱炎及肌腱断裂,无创伤性关节炎。结论掌侧超薄多轴锁定螺钉钢板是桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折整复和固定的良好选择。 Objective To evaluated the effect of Smartlock multi-angular volar locking plate in restitution and fixation of intra-articular comminuted fractures of the distal radius.Methods Clinical data of 39 cases of intra-articular comminuted fractures of the distal radius treated from Oct.2008 to Aug.2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 38 cases were followed up for at least 3 months.The volar tilt angles,radial inclination,radial heights,ulnar varianc were recovered postoperatively.All the fractures were united at a mean time of 44 days postoperative.The range of motion at 6th weeks postoperative reached 80% of the normal.G W Scoring and G O′B at 6 and 12 weeks postoperative were of no significant difference statistically compared with the normal.Few complication was observed,and no tendonitis,tendon ruptures or traumatic arthritis were found after operation.Conclusion the Smartlock multiangular volar looking plate is an optimal choice for the intra-articular comminuted fractures of the distal radius.
