摘要
目的探讨成人上颌阻生尖牙的治疗方法及观察治疗后牙髓活力状况。方法通过CT三维重建技术对上颌埋伏阻生尖牙进行协助诊断,用手术开窗导萌-正畸牵引对17例成人上颌尖牙阻生病例(共18颗埋伏牙)进行治疗,治疗结束后用牙髓电活力测试仪对尖牙进行牙髓活力检测。结果 18颗阻生尖牙均被纳入正常牙弓,与对颌牙建立良好的咬合关系,除1例牙髓坏死外,其余尖牙牙髓活力均正常,治疗效果满意。结论对于大部分上颌尖牙阻生的成人病例,手术开窗导萌-正畸牵引是最有效治疗方式;在合适的矫治力下,治疗后牙髓坏死率极低。
Objective To analyze the management of impacted maxillary canines in adult orthodontic patients,and observe the result of the electric pulp testing on these canines.Methods The 3D-reconstruction of spiral CT was used to display the status about the impacted canines,the space-opening and surgical exposure with orthodontic alignment was used to treat these cases and the digital technology automatic pulp vitality tester was used to detect the teeth.Results All of the 17 cases achieved desirable purpose after the treatment.Except one patient's canine lost the vitality of the pulp,all of the others owned normal vitality.Conclusion For most of the adult orthodontic patients with impacted maxillary canines,the space-opening and surgical exposure with orthodontic alignment was the most effective method.If the appropriate force is used,hardly any tooth will own necrotic pulp.
