杨村煤矿风井地面预注浆施工技术

摘要 杨村煤矿风井地质条件复杂,地层裂隙发育,含水量大。为了达到地层注浆堵水目的,采取了调整浆液粘度,增大注浆压力,大段注浆、小段结束等措施,顺利完成注浆工作,实际注浆量和压力都达到了设计要求,注浆堵水效果良好。 The ventilation shaft in Yangcun Mine has the complicated geological condition, the well developed strata cracking and high water content. In order to reach the grouting and water sealing in the strata, the adjustment of the drilling liquid viscosity, the increasing of grouting pressure, high section grouting, small section completed grouting and other measures were taken for the successful grouting. The actual grouting quantity and grouting pressure all reached the designed requirements, the grouting and water sealing in the strata were good.
