本质安全型矿井是煤矿安全管理的新理念,其实质是通过构建一套长效安全机制,把事故降低到最低甚至实现零事故,使发生事故成为偶然,不发生事故成为必然,也就是在本质上实现了安全。该文通过对本质安全型矿井的要求进行分析,对本质安全型矿井内涵进行了总结,得出了通过人—机—环的有机统一能够从根本上改善煤矿的安全形式。

Security is the eternal theme in the coal industry. Intrinsically safe coal mine is a new concept of mine coal safety management, and its essence is a long - term security by constructing a set of mechanisms to reduce accidents to a minimum or zero, changing inevitable accident into accidental accident even safe incident, that is,it achieves safety in essence. By analysing requirements of intrinsically safe coal mine and summarizing the meaning of intrinsically safe coal mine,we can improve the form of coal mine safety by uniting man - machine - environment system, it point out the direction of building the intrinsically safe coal mine by qualitatively analysing Intrinsically safe of man - machine - environment system.
