矿井机电设备管理

机电管理是综合性的人与物的管理,是煤矿重要管理体系之一,是煤炭企业提高经济效益的重要条件。近年来,煤矿的机械化程度不断提高,由于煤矿生产条件和生产环节的复杂性,机电设备的使用范围大大增加。但是高效的机电设备管理工作在煤矿起步较晚,作为设备使用、管理、维护并重的基层单位,仍处于粗放式的管理状态。本文对此提出一些管理措施,对煤矿机电的管理与维护有着一定的借鉴意义。
