摘要
分析了城市交通社会成本对清洁型交通工具电动车市场化的影响,给出了电动车市场化的经济基本条件;从城市交通的可持续发展、平衡利用能源和加强环境保护的角度论述和探讨了通过城市交通社会成本内部化来促进电动车市场化的途径和扶持力度。
This paper analyzes effects of the social cost associated with urban transport on marketing “non contaminating”transport tool electric vehicle, deriving a basic economic condition based upon which electric vehicle can be marketed into the market. From the view of sustainable development of urban transport, balance of energy consuming, and environment protection from pollution, the ways of promoting electric vehicles into the market and to what extent they can be supported are discussed, and some relevant transport policies are also suggested.
