摘要
目的探讨p120-catenin(p120ctn)和E-cadherin(E-cad)在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达。方法免疫组织化学EliVisionTM法检测LSCC组织中p120ctn和E-cad的表达情况。结果正常喉黏膜p120ctn和E-cad均(+),p120ctn和E-cad在LSCC组织中的表达明显低于正常喉黏膜组织,并且p120ctn的异常表达与E-cad的异常表达呈正相关。LSCC组织中p120ctn和E-cad的异常表达与LSCC的高分化期、低分化和淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05),但与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LSCC中p120ctn和E-cad的低表达可能与LSCC的恶性度有关。检测p120-catenin和E-cadherin的表达可以评估LSCC患者的肿瘤本质,包括肿瘤的预后评价。
Objective To explore the expression of the p120-catenin and E-cadherin in between the expressions of p120-catenin（p120ctn）and E-adherin（E-cad） in LSCC.Methods Immunohistochemistry EliVisionTM method was used to detect the expressions of p120ctn and E-cadherin in LSCC.Results The levels of p120ctn and E-cadherin expressions in LSCC were significantly lower than those in the normal laryngeal tissue.The abnormal expression of p120ctn was related to the abnormal expression of E-cad,and there were significantly correlation of p120ctn and E-cadherin expressions with high TNM stage,poor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of the cancer cells（P0.05）.But the expression of p120-catenin and E-cadherin was not correlated to the patients′age,sex,and tumor size（P0.05）.Conclusion The downexpressions of p120ctn and E-cadherin in LSCC are statistically correlative with the malignant progression of LSCC.Evaluation of P120-catenin and E-cadherin expressions should be useful for determining tumor properties,including prognosis,in patients with LSCC.
