On Innovation in Higher Vocational Education and Cultivation of High Skilled Talents

培养高技能人才是高职教育的重要任务，在分析我国高职教育现状和高职生培养方面存在的问题的基础上，提出了针对高职生创新能力培养的基本措施。比如有改进教法、讲练结合、合理设置专业课程体系、理论实践合一、培养“双师型”教师和“双证制”学生、深化产学研结合等途径。

Cultivating high skilled talents is an important task of higher vocational education. This paper ana- lyses the present situation of our higher vocational education and the existing problems in cultivating senior vocation- al school students. In order to solve these problems, it comes up with some basic measures such as improving teaching methods, combining lectures and exercises, reasonably setting specialized curriculums, integrating theory and practice, cultivating dual- qualification teachers and double -certificate students, deepening production, teaching and research.
