In railway system, vulnerability of hazard bearing bodies(VHBB) has an important effect on risk of railway disasters. This paper describes the characteristics, index system of VHBB and the method to obtain indices of VHBB, emphatically discusses how to make use of VHBB to revise the measurement value of risk degree in railway disasters.
