摘要
采用双层规划模型描述城市高速公路网络的入口(匝道)流量控制问题,设计了基于灵敏度分析法的启发式算法,并给出了一个简单的算例.在双层规划模型中,上层模型使整个网络系统最优,同时使从各个入口(匝道)进入网络的流量最大;下层模型是一个标准的用户平衡模型。
A bilevel programming model and heuristic solution algorithm is proposed to model the inflow control problem on urban freeway networks.A simple numerical example is presented. In the bilevel programming model, the objective function of the upper level model is to maximize the total input flow through all on ramps and make the networks to be system optimization at the same time. The lower level model is a standard network equilibrium model that accounting for the route choice behavior of network user.
