氢气含量对电弧等离子法制备纳米Ni粉影响的研究

摘要 采用电弧等离子法在惰性气体氩气和氢气中制备得高纯纳米Ni粉。研究结果表明:在一定电流(185A)下,产率随氢气与氩气比率的增大先增大后减小,当氢气与氩气比为1∶1时产率达到最大值,其值为9.7g/h;而粒度随氢气与氩气比率的增大逐渐增大,当氢气与氩气比达到3∶2时,粒度增大减缓,最大平均粒径为52nm。由SEM扫描图知,该法制备的粒子为球形颗粒,表面光洁。X射线衍射(XED)分析知,该方法制备的Ni粉与标准卡片4-850的镍基本一致,说明是FCC结构。 The Ni nanoparticles with high purity were successfully prepared by means of hydrogen arc plasma method in the inert atmosphere Ar and H2.At 185A,productivity increase with the augmentation of hydrogen and argon gas proportion.Then it diminishes after the proportion of 1∶1.The maximum value is 9.7 g/h particle.Size is bigger and bigger gradually with the augmentation of hydrogen and argon gas proportion.But the pace is slower down when the proportion reach 3∶2.The maximal-average diameter is 52 nm.SEM show that the nanoparticles are spherical.These illuminate that particles are homogeneous and fine.Surface is glabrous.From the X-ray diffraction(XRD),the nickel powder is identical with the standard card 4-850.It shows that the structure is FCC.
