摘要
分析六相双星形互移30°电角度绕组的谐波规律。采用不等匝同心线圈的六相双星形绕组,符合理论匝比时,这些同向的谐波本身为零,合成后也为零,即相带谐波全部为零。同时介绍了此类绕组的排列,理论匝比及其特点。不等匝同心绕组,比双层短距(11/12)绕组及星三角正弦绕组,更能削弱这些同向的谐波。由于谐波含量更低,电机内磁势波形好,因而电机的杂散耗小,振动噪声小,有利于改善电机性能。
This paper analyzes the harmonic rule of six-phase double-star windings shifted by 30° electrical angle. When the six-phase double-star windings of unequal-turn concentric coils are used, if it complies with theoretical turn ratio, these harmonics in the same direction themselves are zero, and the combination of them are also zero. It means that the harmonics of phase belt are all zero. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the arrangement, theoretical turn ratio and features of this kind of windings. Unequal-turn concentric windings have a better effect on weakening these harmonics in the same direction than two-layer short-pitch (11/12) windings and star-delta sine windings. Because of the lower harmonic content and the better waveform of magnetomotive, the motor has the advantages of smaller stray loss, vibration and noise. It is beneficial to improve performance of motor.
