摘要
根据电磁感应理论及变压器原理,通过对装压后、下线前的定子铁心损耗进行检测,在电机半成品状态时将铁心损耗大的定子铁心检测出来,减少因铁心损耗超标造成整机性能不合格。
Based on electromagnetic induction theory and transformer principle, the stator core of motor with high core loss can be detected at half-finished product state after the core is built in and before the windings are assembled. It can decrease unqualified performance of whole motor caused by excessive core loss.
